You can cancel your order in two simple ways:
Instant Cancellation via App/Website: Cancel an order yourself before it moves to the "Packing" stage.
Contact Customer Support: Reach out to us for assistance if the self-cancel option is no longer available.

A) Self-Service Instant Cancellation (Recommended)
This is the fastest and easiest method.
Log in to your eSmartKart.in account.
Go to 'My Orders'.
Select the order you wish to cancel.
If the order is still cancellable, you will see a "Cancel Order" button.
Select your reason for cancellation and confirm.
B) Via Customer Support
If the "Cancel Order" button is missing, it means your order is being prepared for delivery. Act quickly!
Call us immediately at [Insert Customer Support Phone Number].
Email us at info@eSmartKart.in with your Order ID.
Our team will make every effort to cancel the order if it hasn't already been dispatched. The sooner you contact us, the higher the chance of successful cancellation.
Mode of Refund: The refund will always be processed to the original source of payment.
Refund Timeline:
eSmartKart Wallet: Refund is instant.
UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking: Refund is processed immediately by us and will reflect in your bank account within 5-7 business days. (The time depends on your bank).
Q1. I accidentally ordered the wrong item. What should I do?
A1. Cancel the entire order instantly via the app if it's still in "Processing" status. If you only need to change one item, cancel the order and place a new one with the correct items. This is the fastest solution.
Q2. Why can't I cancel my order even though I placed it just 5 minutes ago?
A2. At eSmartKart.in, our promise is fast delivery. This means your order moves to our warehouse for packing within minutes to ensure a quick dispatch. If the cancellation button is gone, please call us immediately—we might still be able to help.
Q3. My order is "Out for Delivery." Can I cancel it now?
A3. Unfortunately, no. At this stage, the order is physically with our delivery partner. You can simply refuse to accept the delivery when the executive arrives. Upon its return to us, we will process a full refund.
Q4. I cancelled my order. How long will the refund take?
A4. We initiate the refund as soon as you cancel. For wallets, it's instant. For payments to your bank, it typically takes 5-7 business days to see the amount credited back.
Q5. I was charged but my order failed. Will I get a refund?
A5. Yes, 100%. In the rare case a payment is taken for a failed order, the amount is automatically reversed. If you don't see the refund within 24 hours, please contact us.
